Always My Honey!

I know this may seem childish, My sending a valentine, But I'm in my second childhood, And I'm still glad you are mine.

It's been so many years now, Since we were young and foolish, With age, I'm hearing all the time, Old folks just get more 'mulish!'

Still I'm afraid, in another year, I may not even remember, If Valentines Day is in the spring, Or if it's in December.

Cause my mind is slipping so darned fast, And that's not at all funny... So I'll tell you now, while I still can, You'll always be my honey!
