Spring is in the air
Children playing everywhere
All God's creatures happy and without a care.

Children frolic in the bright morning sun
Having a wonderful time every one.

Bulbs are breaking through the earth
Forsythia bells smell of fragrant mirth.

Roses budding and starting to bloom
Ridding the earth of its quiet gloom.

Gardeners are cleaning their winter beds
Planting the annuals that feed butterflies instead.

Hanging feeders in the very largest trees
So beautiful humming birds will come to feed.

Basking in His heavenly warm breeze
God has surely brought us to our knees.

We can now make merry our hearts light with cheer
For Spring in all its glory is finally here.
